Accounts limited for sending money

Hey all,

I had a couple of PayPal accounts lately, which I tried sending 700$ with (one transaction, new account).
I verified those accounts with my email address and a prepaid card.
The 700$ transaction was never completed, due to PayPal blocking it.

Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? I follow the stealth guide with the accounts, but still can't figure out a way to have accounts that can send hundreds of dollars.

Thank you,

Gil

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Brand new accounts are watched very closely by PayPal.

What are trying to do with the money you are sending? Did you purchased something off eBay or you are just sending money from one account to the other? Are funds available by the account you are sending money from?

Thank you,

I'm just trying to purchase online hosting services, not from eBay, and via PayPal invoices.
I don't have any balance on my account, just linking a prepaid card to it and paying the invoice.

Re: Accounts limited for sending money

The amount youre trying to send is way to high for a brand new paypal account. And one that is not even fully verified (you need to add a bank account for that full verification). Sending that amount with no other history on the account will pretty much always result in limitation of the account.

Definitely high, not only that, if you just received the money and then sent it, that is a dead giveaway.

What is the message on the limitation?

I know its strange to have an advice from guy like me ( u know ;) ) but
your problem is, that you had many limited pp accounts before, now you are linked, new accounts can send money with VCC or AVS normally ( recently.. i tried up to $750 ) and it went smoothly) any ways you are saying web hosting which the amount is not high at all...
try the following...new Virtual machine + VPN or new IP + new screen resolution, make sure that your DNS is not leaking,,,,, check yourself before you start ( panopticlick and ipleak.net
let me know if it will go through

The sending amount is to high for a new account period

Try lower amounts at first then later on increase it, 9 times out of 10 you will get banned if you send high limits on NEW accounts

Re: Accounts limited for sending money

Thanks for all the comments! I still have a few questions:

1. How can I send high amounts of money with a new account? (~700$)
2. If I had a 30 days old account, would that let me send high amounts of money? (~700$)
3. What should I do if I need to send 500$-1,000$ transactions through PayPal?

Thanks a lot!

Which VCC you verified your PP account with?
If you have not AVS card you will face this issue, or other cards like VCpay card and some Russian cards!!

1. You cant send high amounts on new accounts, start small
2. It will let you send more than what you started with
3. Send with Western Union if you know the company well

ACTUALLY, THIS IS NOT TOO UNCOMMON NOWADAYS.

I had this happen to my Verified BUSINESS Paypal Account (over 5 years old) with verified Debit Card, Address, etc. NO LIMITS. NEVER went Stealth. Never had it Limited.

But here's what happened. I actually fell asleep at my computer and accidentally clicked on the "SEND MONEY" Button, but didn't click further, nor did I attempt to even send money.

But ever since then, Paypal kept bugging me to send them a Copy of my Photo ID, SS#, and Address Verification. - Or else some functions on my Account may be LIMITED, such as the ability to Send Funds.

I simply ignored them since I don't care to ever "Send Money".

My Account is still FULLY ACTIVE w/ NO LIMITS - but every time I sign in, I get this Screen:

http://communityclerks.com/wp-conten...7.01.56-PM.png

But I just ignore it and click on SUMMARY and it takes me to my Account.

Re: Accounts limited for sending money

sometimes you have to look at the way you do things with paypal. instead of sending the bulk amount of $700 break it into fractions and in different times of the day, To a Fully verified account ; As business or service. The smaller the amount the more luck it will go through.

Dont try to many consectuive sends to same person.

there is so much in play with this. You just have to do your OWN experimenting.

Cheers!
