Paypal limited next day after withdraw - no money on bank acc and on pp acc

Hello everybody!
yesterday I got limited 1 my pp account. 7/07 I withdraw from this account money (+-200 usd). I got letter that withdraw is complete, money usually comes in 2 days - today I check my bank acc - there is no money inside. I logged into Paypal - there is no money inside, transaction is complete.
I should wait more for this money or forget about it?
