Limit question

Hi,

i got a limit in my PP account. I have about 1300 eur balance inside. I got a full limitation, paypal asking me a lot of documents, and my experience tell me that is a loss of time try to remove the lmitation, so i don't want to try.

I don't need that funds now, i can wait 180 days.

The question is : If i don't try to remove the limitation and i don't got the final limitation with the lifetime ban of paypal, i will be able to withdraw funds after 180 days?

Thanks.

Re: Limit question

The answer is yes, even if you dont provide them the documents they requested you will be able to withdraw the funds after 180 days.
But most likely after 45 days you will receive the email that you are able to withdraw your money, i havent had any 180 days paypal in this year, all of my accounts that were limited this year received the email that i am able to withdraw the fudns after 45 days.

Yes you will. Try to remove limit can make you never see your money.

Funds will be available for you after 180 Days if your account will be in a ''Resting place'' for a long time.
Lets say if there are still buyers after 180 days who complain and open disputes, then paypal will investigate it more and more and more and more...

But if its calm they unfreeze your accounts funds..

But in my opinion i would try in your case to remove the limitations, i had accounts that were banned for life after i sended documents, but some of them were restored.
all depends form the person who sits under PayPal wheel and review your account.

Good Luck

No, there is no chance. They ask me also credit card statement...i have a VCC attached..so no stastement..and other things will make impossible to remove. THere is no active suspicious transaction at the moment..

Re: Limit question

I have few Paypals limited, all stealth, they requested documents, I just ignored, and waiting almost 5 month, but not sure if they let me withdraw money after, because I am receiving this messages from PayPal: "Your account will be Limited, UNTIL WE HEAR FROM YOU"" I am receiving this message every month.. Is that means, if they don't hear from me, I will not see my funds?
