Paypal Provide Proof of Ownership
 

Hello,
Paypal has recetly limited my account and I have filled out every thing they had wanted. Now they are asking to provide proof of ownership of the electronics I was selling. This is what they said:

"Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more
information about your account before we can proceed with the appeal
process. Please provide documentation proving ownership of the
electronics you are Selling."

What should I do, and how can I resolve this issue. What should I send them?

Any help will be appreciated. Also this is my first limitation on my paypal account.

Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.

send them pictures with like your registered name on them or receipts or invoices. They usually accept those

All I have to do is send them invoices of what I have sold or where I bought the item's from. I am just new to this, sorry.

you can also call them and ask them what kind of information they want

Last time I called there holiday hours were in effect. Does any body know there time.

In the paypal checklist it does not state to provide proof of ownership of the items. I just need to put in a credit card but the problem is that I am alredy using one for my other paypal account. Is it possible if I can delete the credit card from the other account and enter it in the paypal account that got limited.

I thought that I am allowed to have more that 1 paypal account, anyway's just to be safe I will purchase a us mall card. If anyone selling a us preloaded card, please tell me. I am Canada, and I have a US paypal.

I have found out that my paypal account is Canadian. Does anyone know where to buy prepaid credit card.

I also have same problem, Paypal limited my account 1 month before, they asked me all the invoices from supplier, supplier info, verification documents like electric bill, after all of this, they accepted all the info that I sent, but they started to say, resolve all complaints... After completing my all complaints they now say

But all the invoices from supplier did not proved "my ownership"??? I also sent my bank account movements for showing I bought all this items, they also accepted this 1 month before,

I really dont know what else I can send to Paypal, I just start to think they play with me for not opening my account and collect interest with my money...

Plus, they didnt open any requirements menu in my Paypal page, they just sent with email this wanting, My paypal home page shows that I completed all the Resolve Requirements, They didnt tell me how I can complete or where to send this "ownership" documentation which I didnt understand what it is...

yes you can have so many paypal accounts with different emails and names and addresses and ip's and bank/card info - any way - they asked me for that info before and i told them i only buy the item after my customers purchase from me but i did have online receipts for all my items and they accepted it - good luck.

I guess an idiot was on that day because since the money was in the account wouldnt you have had to buy it to ship it...they should have just said ok, well after you buy it scan the receipt.
