Proof of ID and Proof Of Address

Hi, I am new to ebay suspension forum, and i been searching all day on the forums looking for alternatives to get around this. I just been limited on my paypal account and they are asking me for Proof of ID and Prood of Address. The thing is i used new names and address on my paypal account. I was wondering if i can get around this so i can have access to the funds that are already in my account.
