Success story
A couple of weeks ago bumped into 2500 Eur limits, PayPal asked for docs. Sent in docs, account got restored, and the next day... boom!
"Your account has been limited... blabla... This limitation can not be appealed"
Account is not stealth, legit, all docs are good, so I was really surprised. Well, seems acc was a toast, nothing special, especially in the light of the recent PP purge. But! I tried my luck and called in. They said that the limitation is NOT permanent (wow, nice surprise), but there is some issue with the docs I sent, but not a major one. So, if your account says that it is limited permanently, it doesn't always mean it actually is. They asked to send docs in again, weird. I sent them through a special form, nothing happened for several days. I called in again. They said that they didn't see these docs and want me to send them again (yet for the third time). They did something, and Resolution Center allowed to send in all the docs again, and they also asked to change a couple of account personal information fields, like password. I did all that, and account got reinstated with all limits got removed.
I would like to thank this forum for all the info that helped me to solve the reinstatement puzzle, half of year here gave me tons of an invaluable information. |
