Paypal limiting on account
Have few questions regarding paypal limitation:
1) With all these limitation reasons beside buyers complaint, is this due to selling on ebay or other webs? How abt ppl how use pp to do money remittance like sending 5k to 10k to their brothers sisters, etc. Would this cause pp to limit the account?
2) At which point in time would pp limit the account? When more than 500 dollars is received from buyers, more than 500 is being spend (sending money or buying stuffs online) or more than 500 is being withdraw? |
