is this the right order ?
 

So my pp got perm limited and 180day wait...

Now for stealth is this right order and if not pls tell me which is wrong:

1. Create email address from different IP
2.create eBay acct with different name and address so long as accessible
3. Create pp with SAME name and address as eBay, however can use own credit/debit card or a made up name on entropay and use vcc to get verified.
4. New sim card for phone verification
5. All the above to be created on one IP address
6. Link own bank acct in my own address to pp

Now, if this is all correct , would I be OK to then start logging in from my own PC at home to start listing items and if not then how would I do this.

Pls go easy on me, I'm just 2 days old so hoping I got some of it right.

Another question is :
My eBay fees are due for collection but funds are frozen so what will happen when eBay try collect from pp? Will they release their fees to them and if not how should I make payment to eBay or should I not ?

You need to continue using the new ip throughout the life of all accounts (ebay/pp). Idk about the sim card, but you do need a new phone number. You will also need to create a new User Account on your PC. You will need to do this because each new user profile has their browser java cookies/cookies in general, so you won't be linked by cookies from your limited accounts.

You're real close. Not sure if there are other differences from US to UK accounts, so, wait for others to reply and you'll be on the right track.

This too. This really does have all the information you need. Best purchase I've made in a long time. I've learned so much in the past month of being here then I have in the whole time I've been selling on EB.

Is the stealth guide up to date and is it sent by post or online ?

I have managed to open ebay acct in different name and address using public ip. Now to open pp its asking for details, so I assume I will enter SAME name and address as opened on ebay , and what shall I enter in the credit/debit card section as I cannot go any further until I enter info ?

Is this where I need to create the entropay AGAIN with same name and address of ebay and pp stealth and then once I enter the info, I just type in the same address etc for the vcc so it can verify it ?? just confused on this part

Im hoping after this last hurdle I would at least have opened a pp and ebay stealth with verified status and then I can relax my brain for a couple days.

Please please help with this paypal stage I am stuck on.

I would like to learn as much as possible from you guys rather than read a book and still be lost, as I can ask questions as they arise.

The Ebay Stealth Guide is a download, it's not up to date but it has the crucial information needed to understanding Stealth and how to start.

ok thanks, any chance of you letting me know what I need to do to get over the entering card details bit please
