has this happened to anyone before?
 

Paypal Canadain stealth business account 30 days old verified with bank and CC...I got a payment the other day for the first time for around $400 and 5 min later I get an email saying the account is perm limited and paypal does not want to do service with me and gave me a few reasons such as my information was misleading, not agreeing to their policy, or committing fraud

I have never seen that before..Could it be that they tried to run a background check on the name/addy/phone and found nothing? or could it be that the buyers account destroyed mine? thanks

is your canadian business stealth account made with real info?Canadian business record are public so they can easily check if it's legit or not.

⊗⊗⊗⊗ Info but the way I do it looks legit. I have done a few in the past and all worked well till you reach a certain amount of money. but this one is weird, right after the first payment something got triggered. I called them and they said that they cant help me, their security system has been upgraded to be more ferocious because of the ebay split and the account is perm suspended. They said the system decides some stuff between the person buying from you and links you together or something like that..makes no sense, I hope this was just a random whatever you want to call it.

I have not had any problems for many months until last week and I believe they are both more ferocious since the split.

Lots of people say that of you sell a higher dollar item right off that they get limited. It is the simple principle of starting slow.

Did you call paypal and see if there is any action steps to fix the problem?

If there is not, they do not believe the info you supplied is accurate in any way. The reason this was caught most likely is because of the dollar amount of the first transaction caused a payment review and may have come from a person/account that they also did not feel great about.

Sounds like a link to a past ebay/PP account - i experienced the same thing - limited within minutes of receiving the first payment however I had made an error which linked it to a past ebay account.

This definitely sounds like a linking or issue with your account creation
