Paypal 180 days limited security check when withdraw

I have some paypal steal and got these problem , if you think you can help me solve please pm , really thanks

1/ paypal USA limited 180 days , I got email withdraw , I tried to add a new bank , bank added but when I try to withdraw paypal show security check need confirm fone by call or text , I dont have old phone , can you help me call them for ask them withdraw to my added bank or request a cheque .

2/ paypal USA limited 180 days , I got email withdraw , I tried to request a cheque but dont have any address here , I tried to add but they told me pp limited , can you call them for ask a cheque .

3/ paypal unverified Israel limited 180 days , I got email withdraw , I added a card for withdraw but paypal show security check need confirm fone by call or text , I dont have old phone , I tried to add new fone but it wont work , can you help me call them for ask them withdraw to my card

well my english is bad , I need a long term service , hope someone can help .

For the ones requiring a call, why not set you normal phone to 'do not send number' and call them?
