"provide invoices" ?

account is a non-stealth in the sense that is in a relative's name and info and i have provided all the documents they have asked for.

EXCEPT for this... what does this mean, "provide invoices"? They do not ask for specific invoices. Just..."Provide invoices."

Any tips on how to move forward with this? A pretty vague request from them.

Thanks!

You will need to provide them with invoices for the items you have been selling for the past month or 2

Re: "provide invoices" ?

So invoices for the items I purchased, then resold using paypal as a payment processor? This is the bit that has me a bit confused.
When we sell stuff online, there are no invoices...correct? It is electronic

Are they essentially asking for receipts (proof of purchase) for the items I have sold?

Thanks for the quick reply

They want invoices of YOUR supplier - where you got your stuff from...

Re: "provide invoices" ?

Yes that would be it.

They want proof that you purchased the items from a legit seller

Hmm, well I've been selling audio equipment, not using ebay, it's not like I'm buying cellphone accessories from china and selling them on ebay, so this is a bit trickier than usual methinks

Re: "provide invoices" ?

Just provide them with invoices from your audio equipment supplier in that case :thumb:

Re: "provide invoices" ?

Some of this equipment I have had for years. Does this matter?

Re: "provide invoices" ?

Then you need to explain to PayPal that the equipment is not New but Used and that you've had the stuff for a long time.

I rarely suggest calling paypal but in this case you should cal them and ask them exactly what they need from you. Oftentimes they have a question about just a single item. If you dont have receipts then tell them why.

You have had the items for a long time.
They are items from your own personal use or collection etc...

I was in the same scanario, all you have to do it send invoices for an item or two which you are selling and you should be good to go.

Re: "provide invoices" ?

Just send them a couple of invoices for anything that you are selling right now. If you cant give them any invoices, as your items come from garage sales - call them and explain.

Let us know how you get on as I have had little success with Invoices in the past...
