Cabel bill as proof of address??
 
Just a quick question i have a limited paypal can i give them my comcast cabel bill as proof of address , or they want utility bill like electricity, gas only
please help .

Is the PayPal stealth? if so....does the cable bill match the Name,Address to the Stealth?

Yes it's on my name but address is different i hope i can change it and send it .
i hope they can't veiw the bill online.
