Paypal Limitation/Address Problem

Basically paypal limited my account. I submitted documents made so I could get the money withdrawn however when they rejected these a few times I finally noticed why. The document had an error an error in the postcode. Its only a few meters away but I am guessing this is why. They have asked for a birth certificate and letter from a government body now so I am just wondering whats the best thing to do? I can get the documents its just what address and excuse etc

about the postcode, was this on your utility bill or on the DL?

it depends, as your best option may not be to send more docs, but to wait til the 180 days are up?

this is tricky, as it might be the postcode error and not that the docs were rejected per se, banks/utility can make mistakes on letters...

can you find out some more info by phone?
