Another PAYPal account going to die?

I was asked to upload bunch documents:

confirm bank account, confirm bank card ,Proof of address, proof of name, bank account statement, bank card statement, supplier invoice, other documents mentioned PAYPAL emailed you ...

I guess 90% the PAYPAL account will be shut down soon.

Paypal was limited many times, and not sure what I did wrong? Mainly VPN matters?

VPN may be a big part of it. and yes, I call that the request of doom.

Why were you asked for those documents? Were you selling knockoffs? Loads of opened cases? Or did you reach the basic paypal receiving limit?

If you are using a VPN, make sure it is not leaking your original ip/location - ie. DNS leaks

Also:

is this a new account or an established one?
which country eb/pp are you trying to use? - I presume it is not your original country hence the VPN question

If you can give a bit more info, we can work out why this is happening to you and hopefully one of us can help you fix this.

This is only my personal opinion, lets see what others say :)

were you getting close to 200 transactions or 20K $? theyll request extra info for you to confirm if youre doing big amounts on one account

The account was shut down once documents uploaded

UK EBAY and PAYPAL account and was logined from China.

I can only get like 5 VPNs with different IP addresses , so VPNs were repeated to use once blocked after some periods.

I was starting to use VPS, but very slow to login EBAY and PAYPAL.
