PAYPAL error: lift receiving limits

When I was going to "Confirm personal information", no response.

Iv tried tons of times, the page just kept the same.

Did contact PAYPAL, I was asked to give PAYPAL a call. I am not availalbe to give PAYPAL a call. Then messaged PAYPAL again and again, PAYPAL just ignored all messages.

What's the upload-files page link?

I've used one of those links to upload info before so I have no idea if that doesn't work.

When I tried contacting them through upload, it didn't work so rang the no gooders up and lady at PayPal said use customer-support@paypal.com for any uploads and then a quick call to them to confirm you sent them.
