Can you still receive money from ebay customers with paypal limited?
 

Can you receive money from ebay customers during paypal limited? I'm not totally concerned about getting immediate access to the money since it's going to be small potatos (But, with all my other activity, it's going to be large. :D), just so long as I can keep selling on ebay and getting new customers with that user.

Look in the paypal resolution center. It will tell you what you can and can not do. Like receive funds.

So, during paypal limited, you could still have ebay sales going on but the customers can't send any money to your paypal account and so they can't pay you? That seems like it'd be a pickle for eBay. Have a hard time imagining eBay would have a policy that'd force a seller to refund all their customers, and thus all the eBay fees along with it. If anything, it seems eBay hates sellers refunding money to customers because of the loss of eBay fees.
