Default incase you try this...

sooo I had a pp limited a while ago.

after about 6 months I took the eby that had been connected to the limited pp and changed everything on it including user acct, new ip all that good stuff and then I started using a new pp on it.

to my knowledge everything I did was correct. all new info+new ips+new user acct et etc...

I never actually linked the pp to the eby acct tho... thought maybe that would be safer...

after sale 2 the pp got limited with no appeal :(...

if any1 has ever had any long term access in this type of scenario I would love to hear it...

the pp had already been set up a while back on its own user acct with all new info.

then I just started using the eby acct on that same user acct as the new pp

I changed all info on the eby with my old cookies BUT I did not change email address registered on the acct as I did not think that would matter.
the actual limited pp acct was no longer linked to the eby acct.

Ok, so on ebay, change phone number and email address. Create new paypal with same email and phone number and let age 30+ days has worked for you?

would love to know this also... but my pp was aged beyond 3o days already. and I had all new info on the eby changed EXCEPT for email but I highly doubt that caused my pp limitation...

Yes it has. Change the address like you moved. Change the phone number like you are updating it then change the email. Let sit. Create new paypal with all the changed email a week or 2 later. Then let both sit. Then bring the ebay over to the new pp user account. Delete old one. Start building cookies and add paypal to listing. This has worked best for me when I create the account and turn it into a sellers account with vcc not paypal. That's the link I guess.

Also look up user omgoozle. He's the one that suggested it and swears by it and I tried it out and use my own techniques.

Its a known fact that both ebay and paypal keep ALL info forever and that they share this info.
This means that the limited paypal you used which was linked to the ebay account will be linked that way forever. This also means that when you change your email address and phone number those other emails and phone numbers stay on the accounts profile and can be used to link to any new information youll be adding - including a new paypal account.
Any method you use might work - short term. In the long run the most basic look at your account by either bot or human will reveal the fact that the ebay account has changed email addresses and that a previous email address is linked to a limited paypal account - resulting in an immediate limitation of the new paypal account.
I dont understand the desperate need to try to hold on to a specific ebay account. Just start over new with zero risk associated to the new accounts.

ok did a little quick research. your most likely referring to the thread linked below which while similar to my situation really has nothing to do with me as his original PP on the eby acct was never limited to begin with

Good point.

When I did this a while ago I used a super old very strong high transaction/dollar paypal and made a new ebay. Sold out of that stock and then never used it again because I kept reading how it kills the paypal eventually.

Ive done it before.
The ebay account had no holds and the paypal was limited.
I didnt want to waste the account so I just used the new paypal accounts to link it to the ebay and paid my suppliers.

The ebay account lasted another 6 months but the paypals would be shut down every 5-7 days.
