paypal limited, funds releasing soon (45 days).. but 1 dispute still in process
 

As the title said,

-My funds are being released soon (in 1 week) but I have 1 dispute opened.
-the person filed a chargeback with his cc company and it is being 'under review'
-I want to get ride of this dispute, but there is no refund option since its being 'under review'

my question is.. in order to not mess up the 45 release day period
-should i just call paypal and tell them to refund the money?
-will this dispute hinder me from withdrawing my money?

also, when they release my money, do I have to add a new bank account or can i use the one that was already under my paypal.

you can used your same bank account for withdraw

for refund its depend on you whether its ur money or not
if its ur money show the paypal with shipping proof then they will release ur fund
better option is to call them and ask them all

the dispute should not hinder you from withdrawing your money, but it will hinder you from withdrawing the set amount of money the dispute is for.

so full money - dispute money = money you can withdraw.

but since your account is already limited I wouldn't be afraid to call and talk to them about the chargeback problem/ tell them to refund if needbe

It won't effect the 45 day release date.
If it is showing as under review the. You simply gotta wait for it, if it's taking too long then phone paypal.
