PP request Tax ID, im non US
 

i buy a pp & ebay US account at marketplace on april.
after made sale around 5K. today PP request for Tax ID. im not US resident so can provide the request. i also had fund in there $500.
any way i can give them tax ID? can i got the fund after 180days?

The easiest way is giving ebay an EIN number which comes from a US LLC formation, but recently people in this forums reported that even EIN is not enough, a SSN is still needed.
I had two accounts with similar issue last year, but the limitation was reset earlier this year. So if your paypal account has not got fully suspended, there is still chance that you can use it next year.

The funds should not be frozen. Tax limitations are about receiving not withdrawing.

It will be reset, but still with 200/20k limit.

you can either get another paypal to accept payments on (in any country) or search how you can get an EIN. It IS possible. Do some searching!

Here is where you can get an EIN being a US or non-US citizen. Apply Online For An EIN Number - Employer Identification Number It does cost some money. What you need to open is LLC partnership account

What do you mean if paypal account has not fully suspended, there is still chance that I can use it next year?

You mean even though I will not provide ssn,tin or ein by december deadline I can still use it regularly next year? I can accept payments next year?
