Today I got limited 1 my PP account with approx 200 USD inside
reason - ID, Adress proofs need
As account is stealth so I can not provide that documents, so I want to get 180 days countdown ASAP
Please tell me how I can do this

To answer your question, 180 days starts from the date of last receiving transaction.

To my understanding it is the last receiving transactions and here is the reason.

I have an account that should clear on October 16th. Imagine if I took in hundreds or thousands of dollars on the 15th and withdrew on the 16th and then had claims, cases or chargebacks?

The reason for the 180 days to to make sure chargebacks don't occur and paypal is left negative.

I used to use secondeye dude but what I do now is if I need in big quantity, I use freelancer.com and hire photoshoppers there and find already existing documents on the inet and make them do those small adjustments. You can get like 5-10 docs done for 10-20$ whereas secondeye charges $30 per 1 document.

Recently also paypal has been giving withdraws early, I've had some accounts that after 90 days got the available to withdraw email so it varies

So today I have got for 2 my accounts letters that they reviewed my acc bla-bla-bla and my funds will be released after 180 days
But, I found that they tell me that after 180 days thay will give me INSTRUCTIONS how to get my funds.
