Logging in with fresh browser cookies, and from VPN in country of PP account location. Instead of withdrawing to bank account I was going to buy an item which allows me to indirectly cash out. However, When I bought the item PP blocked it and limited my account. They gave me 3 items to unlock account. New password, new security questions, confirm CC. Ok, did password and security fine, but now PP won't accept an updated CC (Entropay) I'm not quite sure what is going on it just keeps giving an error message of "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem." - which updating CC info is the only piece left to confirm. Any ideas to cure? Any light on what I did wrong?
