Getting Past Paypal's SSN Request
 
Really there is no surefire of getting past the SSN requirement.But I don't want to provide ssn,tin or ein for 20/$20,000 hold so that they can remove the limit on my paypal. Did anyone just call paypal and ask for alternatives?Or did paypal give you 3 ways to verify your identity - phone call,credit card, ssn. So I'll do the first two.
