Paypal asking for info

Anyone ever had paypal ask for this much information before?

This accounts a goner isn't it?

Bit wierd to ask for delivery confirmation since that is not necessarily a requirement from them. and the buyers have not reported cases or anything

move on, this is way too much, even if u submit all these, it's not guaranteed they will reinstate you.

No, never had that, thank god!, yes I would think that is a goner, I have submitted docs to get past the £1900 limit several days ago, but I can still operate within the account, only thing I cannot do is close the account, can still withdraw and everything. You cannot do anything looking at that image you have uploaded here. That is avrediclous list of things they want you to upload.

Had such a request once at one of my best stealths. Called them, they said it's automated, that is why the list is so huge and why it requests already submitted info. After a short talk, they reduced their demands like 2X, and said what do they exactly need. Uploaded ID, invoices with supplier contacts, PoA, and was re-instated. So, call, ask what do they ACTUALLY want, and do it.

Damn, that looks as long as my morning to-do-list, I've read somewhere here recently that if they ask you for ALL that info then the chances are that even if you give them everything that they ask for, the account will be dead anyway.

Had the same thing 4 days ago and have sent what they asked for. The photo ID was rejected as the wrong doc so I sent it again and it now has been accepted and have the green tick.

The account is 2 months old but without any other problems. It has had the 21 day hold on it so there was nearly £3K pending. Most has been completed (£2.5K) but until they remove the limitation I can't get it out. The ebay account really took off this month so i think it was selling too much.

I live in hope!

Only the tracking info

only 1 was tracked. rest were very inexpensive items

Re: Paypal asking for info

Give them tracking for that single item. For non-trackable items, they accept only positive feedbacks.

From my experience the best way to contact them is via Facebook. I don't know why, but my feeling that there are more supportive help desk group.
Always explain everything in details and 90% issues will be solved..

Limitation lifted!

I had a problem with it asking for verification of the card but no drop down box came up to select the phone number, so I called them. Told no need to do it as I had given them the proof of address. They said everything was fine at their end and he said he would make a note on the system I had called and everything would be back to normal in 4 to 6 hours.

Checked back later and everything was fine.

Good Job, I usually go ahead and just use a new account. The last time (years ago) I went through the trouble of submitting all that info and they never lifted the limit.
