my us pp was limited,
i paid for bankacc before 2 month, one friend said pay me 20$ ill gave and confirm the charges from pp.After that he never reply to me !
is it possible to resuse new bank and verify my pp?

Once a bank has been used on paypal it can never be used on another. If you open a paypal account and make up a bank account and use it on paypal and for some reason some real person somewhere has that bank account and trys to use it on paypal they wont be able to.

is it possible to remove the bank just registered and add new one?

The bank account can not be reused.
The Paypal account can not be reused.
