PayPal account limited-- PayPal requesting invoices
 

hello all,

i have begun selling items and everything is going well.

now PayPal has limited my account.

I have everything theyve demanded but i do not understand what they mean when they ask for invoice.

I source my products from China, should i just give them invoices supplier provide me @ purchase?

any advice?

Are you UK? Once...PayPal rang me and asked to see all my products in a photo with me next to them instead.

Welcome to the forums.

Do you use the SAME pp for selling and buying from China? That's a huge flag for PP

1) If your items are generic low-cost crap, you can show them your China invoices.
2) If your items are something that MAY be suspected as a foo foo item (phake, replica etc), never ever give them China invoices. Go to a local official store, but something from them, and edit the invoice.

You dont even have to buy anything...just get a template online and edit it. Finding the store logo isnt hard with a quick visit to their website or a Google search.

:ranger:another best way is that
get the invoice format from google in excel
then edit that print that invoice and then capture the pic and send it to them

so may be it work for you

I once provided an invoice from a Chinese supplier and they permanently limited me. So ideally get a local supplier from your local territory. China is no go area with regards to suppliers. Best of luck.

I have the same situation:

Paypal limited my account and asked to compete a few steps and one of them is to provide invoices.

I sell vitamins and supplements on ebay, I actually resell them, because I buy them in drug stores in Russia and Belarus.
I have not saved any receipts so what should I do now? I dont even know how that invoice should look like.

Please help guys.

Why not just ask the store for a receipt? Take a picture and upload it

its really easy to make one, you don't even need paint or Photoshop skills to do this properly #_# just a bit of imagination

if it's not drugs and counterfeit popular items - they will accept it.

My account is still limited.
They asked proof of delivery, I gave them those details.
After one day I got this email:

Thank you for your cooperation so far. However, to fully restore your PayPal account we need you to complete the below step(s). Please follow the instructions below:

- We have been unable to verify delivery of the items using the tracking you provided. Therefore please ask your buyers to leave feedback on eBay confirming receipt of the items.

Those items I need to get feedback for, was sold three weeks ago, I have tried to contact those buyers like 3 times I think and no answer only one buyer (from four ones, that is required to get feedback from) left me a feedback.

What should I do? Call them and tell that it's pointless to spam their inbox with mails politely asking to leave a feedback for me?

I have pp in my country, and selling on ebay, US. I have stuff in there.
Should i provide shipping address on Invoice with address in US or add in my country ?

If you are limited for 6months, the only way is once the 6mo is over you withdraw the funds to your bank account on file.

My Canadian accounts limited. Asking for any of following.

01. Statement from Canda Revenue Agency
02. Tax Return/assesment
03. Student Record Statment
04. Canada Revenue Agency Tax Receipt

Any help appreciated.
