I've added a bank account successfully. However, When i withdraw money to my bank, PayPal inform me: "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead"
and when i used Classic site to withdraw, PayPal asked me to verify identity. after I verify successful via sms text, PayPal automatically logged out of my account and transferred to the login page.
I try to log back in again, PayPal inform me: "Sorry — your last action could not be completed"
I have tried many different times, still failed
Pls help me :( |

Before it takes you to classic site copy the link to a new tab and paste it there
While on the first tab finish the phone confirmation, go back to the other tab and click continue to finish withdrawl
It took me like 7 times, till it went through. |

they require phone verification for withdrawl to be processed
i think they are implementing some phone verification to avoid fraudlent withdrawl |
