Paypal new account

Hello there,

One or weeks ago i created Paypal account USA.
Added bank account and deposited some money to Balance.
Money received.
But can't use it. Tryed to buy something and
Getting: Sorry We can't send Your payment
it's almost week. And i cant do anything...

So answer a few questions:
1. How did you upload funds to this Paypal?
2. What purpose will this PayPal serve?
3. How are you trying to use the funds?

1. I uploaded funds from my bank account.
2. Its my own Paypal account.
3. I'm tryed to buy something from online shops, also tryed ebay, its the same.

Is the paypal brand new? and how much are you trying to spend? It does seem strange if it's a legit account. Might want to call PayPal.

Yeah paypal is brand new and it's legit. I'm trying to spend 50-60USD.

It's because its a new account. You can try again the next day, maybe it will work. Using the PayPal app may solve it, but the app is rather intrusive with regard to privacy

Your pp account must have at least 45 days for huge transactions.
But if you see that error message again, plz try by next few day, don't try again every day

You can get it on new accounts for small transactions too, even $10. You also get the message when sending gift payments
