Did my paypal account just get deleted?

I can't get anywhere else on the screen. Practically all links I click on, it gives me the same page. Sometimes when I try to login, it goes back to the login page as if I did not login. I can go to my profile and see my email address. To see my balance, I have to go to profile/personal info, and the link currency balances. I can't go anywhere else on the site. I tried different browsers, even different user accounts, nothing. Is this a sign that my account got deleted or something? I can't even email them, it says that the message could not be completed. So weird. |
