Paypal got limited for the 1st time...need opinions/advice on new accs!
 

So my Paypal account got limited for the first time ever due to some very vague excuse that I was not within the bounds of the Paypal's AUP.

I'm not sure how to fight this limitation but I decided since I need to use Paypal as there is no major alternative I got interested on stealth accounts. Currently, what is the best way to create stealth accounts and maintain them after they are created? What are the measures that need to be taken to keep em safe(VPN etc.)

I've read a bit online but a lot of them are connected to eBay and I don't use ebay for sales or just plain bull**** "maybe this will work" methods. I've seen eBay Stealth: eBay Suspension & PayPal Limited Guide but is this really a good guide in general and not focused on eBay? Are there any better guides out there?

The stealth guide gives most of the info required to do stealth properly and stay under the radar. Read it 10 times, then 10 times again, and then ask for something that is not covered there.

But that guide seems really intended for eBay sellers....how much of the content applies to paypal and not ebay?

It was permanently limited, not sure how to reinstate the account :S only link they have provded is a brand risk management one

You use the guide as the bible for doing stealth and make use of the forum where all the working info is available.
