Why is my account limited?
 

My account was 10 days old and i just received my first payment from ebay
and in few hours i got this.

Why is my PP account access limited?

It's been a little while since you used your account. So, we just want to make sure that you authorized some recent transactions.



When i go to resolution center i can see that i can still receive $ but not send or withdraw.
No instructions on how to lift the limitation.

Just sold 2 items for 13$ and payed few cheap items.

Cheap items.. like 0.01$ or digital goods to get easy feedback?

You could also had your account linked to other accounts somehow?

No i bought real items around 1.5 $. My eb is fine for now.
All info was new no links.

Yes i did it all by the book.
I did verified the pp before i listed my first item.

Might have been the IP address you used. What IP solution did you use?
With regards to a solution to this situation though - looks like youll have to call in to get it taken care of since there is no step for you to automatically have it removed.

There probably isn't a solution.

It sounds like it has been permanently limited already.

No VBA i just used Ntro vcc.

When I get limited, I always have a suspect on what caused limitation. Start there, use your brain and we can only try to help you. Only you can mainly fix and prevent this from happening in the future.

You do not have a verified paypal if you have no bank account attached.

You have not done everything by the book then

call to pp to ask for reason and follow their guide to lift your limit

Unlimiting new accounts like yours should be easy, once you get the hang of it

that vcc is abused on paypal, thats why. use a real credit card or find a vcc seller that suits your country. some sellers have vcc that get accounts limited in some countries and in others work fine. all depends on the ammount of people that abused the cards on that specific country. in the end you will have to spend some real time and check what works the best for you. tested by me.

Why is it people almost always say "yes by the book" and in the end it was not... Why skip steps? Follow the proven method and you will be ok... Find a new work around and that's great! However its been shown time and time again that you need to FULLY verify the account if you want it to last.

In my country you can verify only with cc.
