Withdrawing money from paypal
 
Hello, so my account has been limited for over a month and I finally managed to restore my access.
So paypal unlimited my account today completely, but I still cannot find the button 'withdraw' like it was before the limitation.

Is something wrong here or it just takes time for the system to enable all the features?

Seems like it works on 'Transfer Money' section, but still, it shows that it allows me to withdraw money to MasterCard, even though Paypal policy only allows withdrawals to Visas.
However, I have not tried to withdraw money to my MasterCard yet.

Ring paypal and ask why u are not able to withdraw the money
