paypal limits my buyer accounts after a few dollar purchases
 

Hi, I have been watching this forum for years and I am all set on eBay selling and buying regardless of what happens to one account here or there, but I have been having some troubles with paypal lately.

I have a few accounts, and I make several $1-7 dollar purchases (spending about 20-30 on each account). Paypal froze these accounts and linked the ebay accounts also putting the freeze on them. This is new from what I know. I am not selling anything, never have on these accounts I am buying with, and I am buying tangible goods with no issues. I am paying from a prepaid credit card that is linked to my paypal account, and the ebay accounts I am buying with are over a year old. Any suggestions or thoughts on this? Do I need to add a credit card to paypal and wait before using it now or what is the deal??

if so, it could have also been linked to these accounts

Do you use the same IP to control the muti-account?
if so, maybe linked

Are you remove cookies first before log in? or May be your IP black list from eBay.

no I am not getting flagged or banned directly by eBay, its happening only from paypal and only after I make a payment. Then inevitably eBay gets wind and also sets limitations. Also the addresses are not being connected because NONE of the information matches including addresses, names, etc.

I have comcast cable internet, and I am having a very hard time changing my ip address. I have done everything that I can find, changing all mac clones, resetting and unplugging the modem and linksys router for over 9 hours. Ipconfig release and renew both with and without the router, and I cannot get my ip to change. What can I do?

you probably have static IP, call your service provider to confirm this and see if they can give you a dynamic setup

get a dynamic ip, its great for things like this

if control the muti-a/c by set up the different computer user in one computer, is that still need delet the cookie everytime?

Well I changed my IP, I have comcast cable and a linksys wireless router so I cloned the MAC address of my laptop and the router and released the IP and it changed. So I used another account (over a year old), and make a few dollar purchases through paypal and paid with a prepaid credit card, and within less than 24 hours paypal limited the account. Nothing was the same not the address, name, email, cc info, phone, ip, nothing. This must be something new they are doing, limiting accounts for making 4-7 small purchases. I don't get it.

Are the paypal accounts verified or unverified?

not verified, just a confirmed credit card shipping/billing address. And I literally only spent $7 measly dollars through one account and about $10 through the other one. Maybe its because it was about 4-7 items total anywhere from $0.50 cents and item to a $4 item. Apparently buying things for a dollar and using paypal kills the account.
