Move money after 180 without a bank on record
 

My paypal account has been limited with a sum of money in it. Is there a way to move it after 180 days if there is no bank account on record?

You have to add a bank account. That is the proper way of doing it.

Is it possible to add a bank account to a limited account? or should i add it after the 180 days are up?

You will be allowed to add it at the end of 180 days. Bank account has to be a brand new one... never used on another PayPal before.

Did you receive the mail from PayPal that your account is definitively limited and you will be able to withdraw funds after 180 days or they are still waiting for "something" from you like ID or invoices...

Be sure that the 180 days countdown is started or you will wait forever.
