my paypal get limited. can i reigister a new account with everyting new. then linked my ebay account which is linked limited paypal account before? thanks

I did it about 4 months ago i was limted with paypal but suprizeing i was able to still list on ebay so i made another paypal and got over $700 through there before the relized i was the same person :D then they banned me on ebay and limted the paypal but i sure as hell was'nt going to trash the ebay account because of paypal.
