help! guys

my UK PP account has been limited on 2014, 180 days passed, now PP allowed me to withdraw money, but they ask me to upload some documents
1. Confirm location (add card)
2. Photo ID (I bought this account from aspkin, so I do not have ID)
3. Provide proof of address
which one is best?
if the first is best for me, which card is suitable, VCC or VAS, who selling this?

card? to confirm location, not heard of that for a while in UK.....I doubt that is the best option for you.
