limited paypal can withdraw, need to verify phone number?
 

limited paypal today received message that I can withdraw. Try to attach a bank card but after put in all the information and click continue, it says "we need to verify your account" by receiving a call.

The number I attached there wasn't valid anymore. I tried to delete it and add another google voice number, but failed.

It appears that the old number can not be deleted.

What to do? Anyone can help?

Reason #200 to keep a Number Alive. Gonna have to Call PayPal and tell them you need to withdraw your funds.

just call them and tell them to push it through now. The account is done anyway.

Did ask, then they said the only is to check the cash out... does that mean those money are gone?

Call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Does the email state anywhere that you can withdraw to a bank?

If a rep says that, hangup on them and call again.
Keep calling till you get desired results.

some crazy people helped me to add the bank card, I even don't know how he did it! He just asked me the stealth account name, SSN and the bank info I want to add, then here it comes.

I want to know if it's possible to just withdraw the money into that new bank card without confirm it?

The card was offered by a seller but he insists not to confirm it. If not to confirm it with that 2 little deposit, how to withdraw?

Anybody have the same issue before?

Forgot to say, that crazy people even didn't log into my paypal account, how can he add that bank to it? This is really odd!!!

You don't need to confirm the bank in this case just keep trying to make the withdrawal every 2-3 days and eventually it should go through without having to call.
