Do us users of paypal have any rights
 

I have a question about the ssn issue in paypal. Now I know that I am not required to give my SSN out to anyone but by doing so, they reserve the right to not do business with you. Now what happens if they ask for your SSN after they have something of yours. For example, paypal is holding my money and asking me to provide my SSN. I called them up and explained that I will NOT give it to them. They were not having it and still havent unlimited my account after about 30 mins of talking to the supervisor. Now my question is A.) is there a way around this and B.) what are my rights regarding my SSN. I mean, is it legal what they are doing, requesting to know my SSN in order to obtain my money. No chance getting moneys form paypal beside the way they provide, even lawsuiting it.

Maybe some miracle like Global Catasprophe or noot need of money will force them to give all peoples their hard earned moneys which paypal holds and buying itself new cars,homes and spending money on some ****.
