Paypal Limitation
 

Heres the situation i made a payment thru eBay checkout everything went thru smooth then 30 mins later paypal hits me with a limitation saying there was a problem with the Credit Card AKA VCC linked to my paypal account but i used my paypal balance to purchase these eBay items now there asking me to confirm my address with that vcc and sent a copy of Drivers ID to remove limitation has anybody had this type of paypal limitation lately

what type of VCC was it?

Ive had issue with certain types last year.

Not sure what type of VCC it is,it was attached to my Ebay stealth that i purchase from a seller on here how can i find out, does that type of limitation happen often

Is the card still valid?

Might it have expired?

Yes the card it still valid it expires 2024, would i be able to confirm that same card and get the code to confirm it with from the seller i brought the account from if even possible or add another avs to confirm it

This is a big worry... All of your recent threads relate to simply not being able to use a paypal account that has a clear balance.

Confirm if one or two accounts are involved.

Has anything changed?

Thanks Greenbean ummm about 2 accounts gave me minor issues i have a total of 5 accounts but i do have to take some blame i was kinda of reckless with accounts i had in the past until i recently brought the Stealthbook that taught me alot of what i was doing wrong but my last 2 accounts its mainly issues thats out of my control meaning money in my paypal balance that i can't use because its always some issue the first account I've overcame and this account a AVS Card messes up my paypal account its just sad
