My PayPal got limited, please help!
 

My Paypal account got limited on november, and I got a message from PayPal to proof of my adrress because I recieved more than $3300 for a year.
This is EU requirement against money loundering. I work as a freelancer and travel a lot in Europe. Most of the time I am not in my home country and log in diferrent places. I sent them my home bills by Fax and everytime I recieved automated response that is not enough to unblock my account. I couldn't send them other documents because only the bills are on my name and the adrress which is my PayPal account. I will send them bank statement but I worry because the adrress on bank statement is different from that which I have registered on PayPal. In case I can't provide any other proofs of adrress what they can do with my account. The problem is that my passport adrress is different from adrress in my PayPal account. It is the adrress of the rented apartment in which I have been living several years. Thats why I can provide them bills. But for example my bank account adrress is that from my passport. So it is differrent from the Paypal adrress. So I can't use a bank statement as a proof of adrress. I don't know what else I can do.

Which country paypal account are you using so i can better guide you after that USA account wont accept then

passport has no address on it, you are confused with drivers licence? you can submit the passport and then a bill/bank for the address matching paypal....(which is simple to do)

In my country the passport and driver's license don't have an address. Only ID card has an address, but it is different from that of household bills I sent to them.

Many have tried to get an account unlimited, but not many have succeeded. And if you did, I understand it takes FOREVER. It would probably be fast to start fresh on another account.

You need to have multiple accounts as backups ready in case an account goes down.

You account put all your eggs in one basket with ebay.

I have several PP accounts, they go one by one to limit my accounts which I have been using at least 7 yrs. Some of them I even already closed, but still limiting them. LOL
Why? Because I am selling Vaporizers and Battery for Vaporizers. Not ecigs!!!!! Although vaporizers are allowed in many states in US, but PP wants me to remove them from all the web site I'm selling.I wonder if they limiting the big companies PP account whos selling these items on wholesale.?
