PayPal account limited, reason: EntroPay
 

I have got limited twice with PayPal because my local currency (USD) mismatches with my EntroPay credit card default currency, which is (EUR). I need to have all my credit cards from U.S and in USD currency as default. Please support, I am tired of being limited by PayPal because of that silly reason... PayPal system says "We have found unusual activity on your account" and that means the currency or country mismatch.

Stop using Entropay for US accounts if you are tired of getting limited plain and simple.

A lot of people use Entropay without any issue.

Are you 100% sure its an issue with entropay?

I always use entropay for paypal and never have issues, but there are other options beside entropay

James and Dmshark, I'm afraid you are both wrong, there is definitely something wrong with Entropay being used on USA accounts. I've had a lot of accounts limited with "We have found unusual activity on your account" messages and all attributed to Entropay. I even called Paypal about it and they said, they can see the Currency in Euro not in Dollars hence they limited the account.

Way to get around the issue then is to not use entropay if you are having that issue :thumb:

Thats all i been using for over a year, the most recent accounts made in December all with entropay. So for me it has caused no issues

Yes, that's exactly how two of my PayPal accounts were instantly permanently limited without any chance to lift this block because of that reason; PayPal found an unusual activity in my credit card...

I've gotten that message too. But sometimes it works just fine. So it's definitely hit or miss.

UK wise, Entropay is good, US not so... I called paypal myself to know why my account got limited and the rep itself told me that they can see the currency of the card used was not in $$$ hence they limited my account.

All i use is entropay for the last 2 years now, i just made 2'accounts today and some a month ago, and never had any issues

It has to be something else your doing that is getting you limited, i must of made close to 100 accounts in the last 2 years with no issues, all with entropay

The reps will never tell u the exact reason, because they are not given that information themselves, they just speculate if they give an answer at all

Well this specific rep that I talked to told me. If you are calling me a liar then so be it, let the war begin.

I didnt call u a Liar. Ill reread my post but i think I just shared my experiences with entropay and calling in to reps.

Hahahah since when PayPal say the real reason why they limited accounts!?!?!!
I have made zillion of accounts no problem with entropay, not even 21 days hold.
Think again!!!!!
