different users and different vpns so dont think thats it, hence asking if anyone else has had issues

some used as buying with entropay

all used different banks

i dont send payments between accounts

3 buyer accounts and 5 seller accounts went down, buyer accounts have no banks attached

main account has all limits removed, other accounts have not had this

For $6.99 a month I would be surprised if that IP was totally fresh and never used before

well i have not ever removed flash but i dont use computer for anything else, just ebay and amazon

someone had mentioned i can open a paypal with the business name of my ebay id and it will work this way

For about a week it would work

Then it would also get limited
