It probably means you were linked by the IP, and something else. But who knows? I've been running two paypals with totally different details on the same IP for over a year. You usually don't get linked based solely on a common IP. There has to be something wrong with your method if you lost two paypals in one day.

Those 2 paypal were aged. I think they were 3 day old but no less than a week. They had no activity after creation and then one got hit, then another got hit a few hours later.
