Paypal account help

My paypal account is closed and I have option to withdraw the balance from the account after 45 days.

The problem is the account is setup for USA and I am Canadian...How can I withdraw the money. I am not able to attach Canadian bank...is there any other way?

Open a US bank account by going to an international bank with branches in Canada and USA. From what I have learned on this forum, this is how most non-US residents obtain a US bank account.

Why did you sell on a USA account with no withdrawal method in the first place?

you can request for them to send you a cheque instead.
