How to remove the limitation without a credit card?

Okay, my paypal account got limited earlier this month because I forgot my password. They're looking for me to add a credit card to remove the limitation, but I don't have a credit card. Does anyone know if there's some other method of removing the limitation without the need of a credit card?

Get a gift card and add it to paypal. They work well.

Use entropay since you are in Ireland. This is a VCC (virtual credit card)
