Hi Is anyone having trouble adding a Bank Account to withdraw money after paypal releases funds after the 180 day hold???

if you look in the resolution centre, some of the 'ticks' arent coming off to enable you to add a bank account or withdraw.

Ok "ticks" please explain because i don't know why paypal would send me an email saying i can withdraw my funds but not allowing me to add a bank account to do that....... i hate paypal

when you look in the resolution centre, it tells you what you can and cannot do.

+ Add bank
+Remove card
+ remove bank
+ withdraw funds
+close account

Etc..

After 180 days passes, it is supposed to make it so you can withdraw but obviously there is some glitches on accounts, and that does not get enabled, which forces you to call them, and then they ask for ID.. horrible really.

So if i call paypal do i tell them i need to add my bank account info to the account to withdraw and more than likely they will still ask me for a copy of my drivers id, i hope they dont ask for a ssn because i'm in trouble then

Not necessarily.
Explain to the person on the phone the situation. If hes a decent one he'll do it on the spot. If he tries to 'dick' around with you just tell him you got something on the stove and youll call back. Call again and again until you the decent type on the phone.

ok your going to love this i called paypal and got a really nice rep older female she was trying on her end to manual type in my bank info details and she still got the error message put me on hold for about 5 mins came back and said theres something thats triggering the system to allow them not to add a bank account to my paypal to withdraw funds so she then says we can only send a check,i ask her whats the cause she said she really doesnt know and proceeds to ask me if i'm a library or are you using you mobile phone to log in which i wasnt so pretty much the money which is $1800 thats been sitting in my paypal stealth for 180 days i can only receive by check wtf ........

If its a business account , you can change the business name to your real name and also add an address you have access to and than have the check mailed

it's actually not as easy as this..i have an account with 5 figures and they are requesting ID,i have not seen one thread here talk about success with a stealth account sending an ID..anyone?

Just call them they will add the bank account without any hassle.

did you not read the thread? They definitely aren't in the UK, I've phoned 6 times on 1 account now, wasn't even selling anything dodgy either.
Seems like US is getting harder also, as posted above lol

10 days back my stealth account (USA) was restored successfully after submitting id proof.

Yes there is a glitch in their system
you should cal paypal and tell them that you want to add bank account and they will manually add the account for you

Am I able to do anything similar with a personal account? I mean change the name and address to my real one after the 180 days. Paypal U.S.A.

my account is 220 day only but still not allowed to add bank and withdraw it is there any solution then please let me know

I don't understand why when you sign up you don't add a bank account straight away. When my accounts are permantly limited my bank is still attached to PayPal and I can still withdrawal money to it before 180 days..
