Legitamate real Paypal Business account questions
 

I've had a Premier Paypal account since 2007. I use it as only my personal account now. Had ebay. Lost it. Several stealth accounts since.

Once I tried to make a separate real business paypal account with slight real name variation, new bank and address and a business EIN. It got suspended or what not and asked for drivers license and utility bills. I ⊗⊗⊗⊗d the utility bills and changed address on drivers license and got a new license with the new address then sent that to them. I didn't put my SSN in because I was trying to make it all real except for that so I could sell on ebay with it. I think I was trying to add the info to a new ebay account.

Now I am starting a project where I do not need ebay at all, I just need the separate business paypal account with business details. Can I use this old paypal account if I give them my SSN to lift the restrictions and limits?

So it was suspended and you provided the license/etc. except SS#. Was the suspension removed then? or is it still suspended?

The status of the old pp is reinstated or still suspended?

It was still suspended. They said something about the risk being to high. I'm not sure I remember or have record of the email used to register so it'll be a bit of a chore to find it.

Oh and instead of the SSN I DID use an EIN
