Is there any way out of this?
 

Was selling event tickets on a stealth account (did use same last name as my own), and paypal slammed me with a limitation requesting photo ID, ssn, proof of delivery, proof of invoice, and proof of address. Is there any possible way I could get it back or is it gone for good? its alot of stuff they are asking for, but the ssn is the kicker, for an account you are not sure you would get back.

so assume you sent the tickets to buyers? so you are out both money and tickets?

Have extra accounts ready. I leave them and move on.

You got hit with the complete laundry list OP - I would wager that the account is pretty dead. If you have money in it, you would likely have to wait 180 days to get it

Ive had the same happen to me (minus SSN as im in UK) answered them all and they still limited it anyway. Id be creating stealth accounts if i were you.

Anything you could do to help with the SSN would be ILLEGAL.
Dont go advertising things like that friend. Youll get in trouble.

Time to move on to the next account. From my experience when it gets to this state its pretty much game over.
And youre not really walking away from those $600 - youll get them in 180 days (with any luck in 45 days).

I would ignore wasaby, hes no right to offer a service to you. listen to the merchants advice above. Move on, new account(s) and beat them !
