Why when I withdraw it gets limited
 

Within the past month I have had at least 5 accounts limited when I try to withdraw my money. I can send money, no problem, the second I try to withdraw, in less than 10 minutes, limited.

Usually to big amounts to fast. But i must say its just bigboss trying to keep control with moneylaundering regulations worldwide. To much scams last 3-4 years

Depends on the amounts perhaps and your account age and general transaction history? I've never had that problem myself, but I never even try to take any money out before I hit £200-300 and then I'll start by doing £20-40 a day and only after couple of weeks I do £50-100 a day.

I'm just super careful and as long as I don't have too much on the PP account, I don't mind where the money sits- Either bank account or Paypal.

If I would have a serious need, I'd probably rush it a bit more.

dont do even amounts, try to keep it a odd number or even but never a flat 0 at the end. do 487 instead of 490 etc..

Becaus ur paypal is new first time withdraw paypal want make sure you own this acc.

Everyone is guessing at the age of the accounts and the amounts attempted.
OP - perhaps you should provide more information and let us know that information as it would seem most believe it has to do with those two factors.

What sort of IP do you use? Local? Vpn?

So many questions that are unanswered with regards to setup and operation. 1) I don't even know if OP is operating properly by STEALTH method and 2) Can't even say if he/she is trying to withdraw all $ in one shot. I think mix of 1) and 2) are the problems
