Withdrawing funds from US perma limited PP

Hey guys, i used to have US paypal account, actually two
and now even my 3rd stealth account got limited :help:

I live in another country, i can not go physically to US and open a bank account.

Is there a way to withdraw those funds somehow or transfer them to another account ?

I want to know all the available options :noidea:

You can only withdraw to a US bank account or request a cheque.

Find someone in the States willing to help you when the time comes. Obviously you would have to get someone you trust though. I don't think there will be any other way. That's the only issues with operating a PayPal account outside of your Native Country.

That's a risky choice, i heard a guy who wanted cheques even not under his name so that he'll get the money out, is it true ?

I might be wrong.. but shouldn't Payoneer virtual bank account work fine with US PayPal?

Along with bank account you will need phone number too. Most of the voip numbers when u try to add, u will get message something like it seems this number doesn't match with address. Need to call them.

you CAN'T use a UK Bank on US PayPal. Also, why are people opening USA PayPal's and have NO plan to get the money out? it really boggles my mind.
