Business paypal limited

One of my business paypal got limited today because some idiot complained to either ebay and paypal and now i cant do anything except refund.

They want me to submit documents of address ssn and everything to them. The issue I have is, im not sure if i remember what ssn i put because it asks for last 4 digit. What if i submit my ssn that doesn't match what's on file? Will i not get my money back?

I got to submit everything within 45 days. Idk what happens if i dont. Will i be able to withdraw in 180 days?

Another one bites the dust..

I've never lost a Paypal so I'm not sure what's going to happen to you. Why'd you put a SSN on a business account?

All you can do is try to comply. You'll probably get the money in 6 months.

What do you sell?? I've never seen someone go through as many accounts as you. At what point do you realize your business strategy is flawed and desperately needs changing? PM me if you don't want to post.. I'm just curious. It almost seems like a waste of time to even sell if EVERY SINGLE account you ever sell on gets shut down in the first 3 months.

Hopefully you didn't have money in the account. If you loosing paypal accounts often that are full of profit, you should think about changing your strategy as mentioned above.

You are wasting your time.

My products are red-hot but don't cause me to lose any accounts. lol.

I'm going to guess it would definitely matter if you give them documents with a different SSN. Duhhh. If you did that, or didn't submit any documents at all in the 45 days they've given you, there's a chance they won't let you withdraw the money at all until you give them docs and they accept them.

Hmmmm because i have about 15 more items to deliver, idk if i should deliver them or just refund them. I have to check if i can figure out what numbers i put.

Do you think paypal will believed that i put the wrong digits?

After a closer look, it said if i don't submit documents within 45 days, i lose all rights. Lol. Does that mean i cant even withdraw after 180 days......??????

It could. I always thought it was illegal for them to steal your money, but it's probably covered in their terms of service. If they suspect fraud and you can't prove your identity then they can probably keep your money.

:violin:

As for your pending orders, I would refund them if I were you. That's just more money for you to potentially lose if you aren't able to recover this account.

And no, I do not think they will believe you gave them the wrong number the first time around. People know their SSN.

I never respond to these type of cases and just wait six months to withdraw. NOT doing anything is less risky that submitting junk docs and proving you are NOT who you claimed to be and loosing all funds.

6 months starts at date of last receivable.

Were your paypal a business paypal and did you get that 45 days noticed to submit docs?

Im going to refund everyone and wait to see what happens after 45 days.

Really makes no difference on type of account.

If I get basked for SS, I call in and if they really want an SS, I let the account be and withdraw months later.

Oftentimes when I call in they really only need invoices or photo ID. If that is the only requirements I usually entertain that.

You will get the information reminders for several months.

In general, 180 days after date of limitation OP

Re: Business paypal limited

Its just that i had a lot of personal paypal limited and they never ask to send in docs. But this is my first business paypal and it asks for docs and says that i have only 45 days to submit and i will lose all privileges if i dont submit them, which makes me to believe that if i dont submit, i wont get to withdraw after 45 days and even in 180 days.

So they are bluffing right? And im gonna refund everyone, can't take the lost. Got their emails anyways lol

Privileges means: Having an account, sending money, receiving money etc..

They ask for ID on accounts that they dont feel are legitimate. Personal or business and not usually related to a violation.
